Enable Secure mode and 128bit encryption on your Internet Browser
If you are using MS Explorer 4 or 4.1:
We stongly recommend that you upgrade to ver 5.0 or above which
has 128bit encryption.
If that is not possible please read and follow this procedure.
From your Internet Explorer 4.x browser menu click "tools"
Then select "internet options"
Then select the "security" tab and then click "custom
level"
In the list of options find "Access Data Source Across
Domains" and enable it.
